An unforgettable summer road trip to various Parks, including Yosemite, Great Basin, The Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone, fueled the idea for this visual identity. The brand name comes from the U.S. Route 6, a highway we drove along for several days, and one of the few that stretches from coast to coast. The symbol depicts a sedimentary rock, yet was also shaped to vaguely resemble both a route sign and the National Parks logo. The logo type was hand drawn, and all photography was taken by me during our roadtrip.
